BBC together with Lonely Planet chose train from Trondheim to Bodø in Norway to be one of the best Europe’s trains. 10-hour trip through the most spectacular places with breathtaking views is advised as a must-do by the most respectable travellers.

Sun in the summertime in the north of Noway would hardly set, so there is no need to miss anything. Travellers are able to feast their eyes whenever they choose to take this train. It travels across Salt Mountain and passes through Arctic Circle. Furthermore, Norwegian trains are considered to be reasonably priced, having in mind price level in the country.
