New IC webpage is launched !

27th February we launched a new webpage. The IC project comes to an end but the network will move on with new events, initiatives and projects. The webpage will change from a single project website to beacome an umbrella which brings news from different projects dealing with territorial development and innovation in North Europe. The main focus will be on the Baltic Sea Region, Scandinavia and the Barents Region. Please be patient if you don't find info under all headings in the beginning....
