The delegation also participated in a seminar organised by EU Commission in Oslo. In the penal debate which was chaired by Mr. Jan Egeland, there were also representatives from Poland, Estonia, Czheck Republic and Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Overall the participants expressed satisfaction with the program and found the presentations useful and some pointed out the city walk in Moss organised by Chief Planner Mr. Terje Pettersen in Moss Municipality as one highlight from the program. The planners also did manage to explore Oslo city getting prepared for the 17th May - Norway's national day !
