Cliff Hague also pointed at some territorrial differences. Countries and regions in Europe have been hit differently by the pandemic, and some with more significant numbers.

Petra Biberbach talked about Brexit and how the current development may influence the future position of Scotland. Rita Merca talked about the ongoing regional reform in Latvia, and how new units of local government will emerge. Marcin Bonislawski presented the new city development strategy for Suwalki and Gabriella Grossman presented the new plan for the Fredrikstad old town. Zemgale planning region was not present in the meeting. However, the presentation about EEA grant project is available to read for whom it may concern.
