The event starts the 28th January with a great opening show and finishes the 1st February. Norwegian minister of culture and Sør-Varanger Mayor will be present at the opening. The website created especially for the festival announces a long list of attractions happening during those days: exhibitions, films, conferences and some very unique shows.
