The four priorities the programme co-finances are:

  1. Fostering innovations
  2. Internal and external accessibility
  3. Baltic Sea as a common resource
  4. Attractive and competitive cities and regions
The first priority Fostering innovations received 37 applications. Internal and external accessibility will have 17 applications competing, 13 applications were sent for priority Baltic Sea as a common resource. Attractive and competitive cities and regions priority got 19 applications.
 
Innovation Circle Network partners applied for the fourth priority Attractive and competitive cities and regions.  The project called Trans-in-Form was submitted the second time. It was purified and made smaller. Also some partners have changed. New associated partners Krasnoznamensk in Kaliningrad and Grodno City Municipality in Belarus joined the project. Trans-in-Form application has already passed admissibility check. Approved projects will be announced in June.
 
Baltic Sea Region programme 2007-2013 Strategic objective is to make the Baltic Sea region an attractive place to invest, work and live in.
