Aremark municipality
Aremark is located along the border to Sweden. Marker is in the north, Halden in the south and Rakkestad in the west. Aremark has close to 1500 inhabitants and is a typical agriculturl municipality with a lot of forest . The municipality also has forest based industry and the lakes connected to the Halden water ways are important assets for tourism. The main settlement is Fosby.
